Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual for the role of Customer Service Support - Order Entry. This position is based onsite in Huntington Beach, California, and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and customer satisfaction are key.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service-related duties such as quoting, placing orders, and providing status updates while ensuring exceptional service to customers.
• Work directly with customers and various departments within the company to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and promptness.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Adhere to business professional attire and maintain a quiet and focused workspace.

Qualifications

• Good general office and computer skills.
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with excellent data entry and ten key experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Benefits

Competitive pay with a set rate of $23 per hour.
